Alexander-Stephens aims to provide clients with the necessary tools and support to allow them to reach their fitness goals, we also strive to teach health, sustainability and awareness whilst navigating clients through the intricacies of the nutritional world. Our goal is to educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating into your lifestyle and develop an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
Answer our brief questionnaire and one of our coaches will personally write you a custom meal plan. All of our meal plans are programmed to meet your specific dietary goals and needs with each one typically lasting 8-12 weeks, throughout the duration of which Alexander-Stephens will be at your disposal for any questions or changes. We’ll also be there to check in on your progress as you need.
